Термодинамічний підхід до опису властивостей наночастинок та наносистем
Анотація
Огляд присвячений викладу умов адаптації основних положень термодинаміки рівноважних і нерівноважних процесів до опису властивостей наночастинок і систем на їх основі. Послідовне проведення точки зору на наночастинку як хімічне утворення дає можливість розглядати не тільки кристалічні, а й аморфні наночастинки твердих тіл, їх сукупність однієї природи і зростаючого розміру – як гомолітичні ряди, а наночастинки одного складу, але різного розміру – як ізомери. В основі такого вивчення лежить поняття хімічного потенціалу наночастинок, яке автоматично враховує зовнішній енергетичний фактор, а внутрішній енергетичний ефект розглядається з використанням фазового підходу.
Застосування хімічного підходу до опису властивостей міцел дозволило дати більш широке трактування принципу мінімуму вільної поверхневої енергії при заданому об'ємі і твердого тіла.
Використання положень нанотермодінаміки в рамках хімічних уявлень забезпечує визначення характеристик малорозмірних наночастинок і опис закономірності їх поведінки при утворенні наносистем.
Розгляд фазових діаграм наносистем призводить до необхідності зміни звичних для об'ємних матеріалів понять. Це відноситься до понять «розчинності», «солідуса» і «ліквідуса», «діаграми розчинності», «нанофазної діаграми» і т д.
