Хімічні перетворення сполук сірки при синтезі терморозширеного графіту з бісульфату графіту за даними РФС
Анотація
Методом РФС досліджена хімічна природа та концентрація функціональних груп на поверхні природного графіту під час синтезу терморозширеного графіту (ТРГ) шляхом інтеркалювання H2SO4 в присутності H2O2 як окисника. В РФ спектрах ідентифіковані спиртові та фенольні (С−О), кетонні (С=О), етерні (О−С−О), естерні та карбоксильні (О=С−О) функціональні групи в області енергій зв’язку C1s (296−280 еВ) та O1s (540−526 еВ). РФ спектри в області енергій зв’язку S2p (175−160 еВ) свідчать про наявність тіофенних та тіольних (С–S–С, С–SH), сульфонних та сульфоксидних (>S=O, O=S=O) і сульфітних та сульфатних (HSO3-, HSO4-) функціональних груп. В результаті інтеркалювання природного графіту кількість кисню в зразку зростає з 1,49 до 13,21% ат., сірки з 0,02 до 0,61% ат., а після терморозширення зменшується відповідно до 1,08 та 0,03% ат. Встановлено, що концентрація присутньої в ТРГ сірки обумовлена переважно її кількістю в природному графіті, а інтеркалювання практично не позначається на хімічному складі поверхні та природі функціональних груп синтезованого ТРГ.
