Поглинання та релаксація енергії лазерного випромінювання в речовині (огляд)
Анотація
Детально розглядається кожен з етапів взаємодії лазерного випромінювання з поверхнею поглинаючого середовища. Спочатку аналізуються процеси, що відбуваються всередині як електронної, так і фононної підсистем, потім імпульсне лазерне збудження та релаксація електронної підсистеми. Вважається, що внутрішньозонна релаксація по енергії в електронній підсистемі в режимі високого рівня збудження відбувається за час порядку часу електрон-електронної релаксації τе-е. Внаслідок цього вся енергія лазерного імпульсу, що поглинається за час порядку τе-е , залишається всередині плазмонної підсистеми напівпровідника і термолізується. Розподіл електронів та дірок по енергіях залишається тепловим та характеризується однаковими значеннями температур електронів (Te) та дірок (Th ). При цьому Te = Th = Tc. Величина Tc залежить від концентрації nc і при nc=1021 см-3 може досягати значень порядку 104 К.
